Hi Neil, this nasty bug keeps annoying a few users ... :(
There are two things that you can do when a card doesn't show up or generates the "corrupted card" message. The first is to reload the full application right away; this sometimes fix the problem. The second option, unfortunately, is to delete the card and restore its content.
If you have (and I hope you have) an offline copy of your data, recovering the content of a corrupted card should be quite easy. If this is not the case, please let me know when was the last time you did successfully load that card, so that I can restore a snapshot of the DB to that date and let you download your offline copy from there.

I'm not sure it's the same problem, but I have had a similar one with the gamma version, where the card wasn't loading.
Opening the card with the beta version was working fine, so saving it again made it available in the gamma version.
Note: since it happened a while ago, it may have been the card in the beta version that was corrupted, and opening it with the gamma corrected the error.

please try to access the same card via the beta version, make a minor
modification (to force the edit) and save, let us know if this solved the
problem.

I was not and have not loaded the gamma version, I had only been using the beta. I have tried to click and subsequently load the card from Chrome and Safari on the beta version with no luck. I also tried the gamma version and receive undefined once it is loaded. I am unable to cancel out of the card at that time.

Hi Aaron,
my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
There is only one option available ...
In order to recover your card, you should tell us a date you are sure
the card was not corrupted. Then we will give you instructions to
access a special instance of the application running on asnapshot of
the old database.
Unfortunately it is still a very manual and time consuming operation
(at least a couple of hours), but if there is no other way for you to
recover those data we'll be gladly do this.

Marco, I'm having the same problem. It happened on one card 2 weeks ago, and I was able to restore the content. Now, it's happening on another card. Who should I email? I'm pretty sure that recovering from 7 days ago would work for me if you can make that happen. Thanks for the great work, but I hope the bug can be worked out!

Hi John,
sorry for your troubles with Clipperz ...
We can certainly setup a one week old instance for you in order to
recover the content of the corrupted cards.
Just get in touch with Giulio (giulio.cesare at clipperz.com)
However the good news is that after almost 2 years we have eventually
found the cause for card corruption. We are testing the patched
version of Clipperz and it will be deployed in few days.
Corrupted cards will become a thing of the past! :)
