Haven't had much success with direct login to the following:

Anyone else with similar problem?

I have tried to give a look at the Continental login form, but it is
very difficult to guess which values should really be passed in order
to have it work.

Sorry, but without an actual Continental account, it is very difficult
to analyze the problem further.
