500 error

Similar to a report from someone else in April that seemed to correct
itself, attempting to download an offline copy results in the
following error page:

HTTP Status 500 -

it from fulfilling this request.

I have tried right now to download my own offline copy and it did work fine.

Have you been able to download you copy after the error, or are you
still having the same problem?

FYI to other readers, problem resolved itself again. It appears
waiting a few minutes is all that's needed.
