I just installed the community edition, and at first it works
perfectly - i can log in, edit cards, etc. But lately, if it sits on
my computer for awhile, after an hour or so when I go back and try to
use it I get the following error:

Error while downloading the card
Clipperz.PM.Crypto.encryptingFunctions.versions[_a89] is undefined

I may have something mis-configured on my server, but this looks like
a javascript error to me. Any idea what might be causing this?

Thanks
-Ryan

Hello,

this may be a problem on how the application tries to reestablish a
connection with the server when the server side session has expired.

Could you try to use the debug version (index_debug.html instead of
index.html) in order to have a more useful error log?

Regards,

Giulio Cesare

I tried with the debut version, but the error message is the same - is
there something I need to do to get a more detailed error log?

You may try using Firebug; this sometimes returns the full stack of the call.

But if you are inside a deferred chain, this would not be very informative.

I will try to give it a try as soon as I find some time.
