UK groups press for emission cuts
Three UK groups studying climate change have again put the onus on
industrialized world to cut emissions of greenhouse gases to reverse
the dangerous trend of global warming.
However, the major culprit for global warming, USA, continues to drag
its feet over setting a target for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
