Do you offer any "hooks" for people to access CAIT data (that is, a
web API) without passing through the GUI web interface?

Hi Eric,
CAIT does not currently provide a data API.
We would, however, be interested to learn about how you would like to
use the data, and what kind of API functionality you would like.
