You should be able to register online at http://cait.wri.org/register-frameset.php
Once you've created an account, you can also sign up for our graphic
subscription service, EarthTrends Delivered, at http://earthtrendsdelivered.org

it works.
the reason why I can't register is my access has been blocked, so the
page is blank except the top banner. after I use a webproxy, the
registration form appears.
