Hey, Michigan and Ohio Pythonistas...

I wanted to float this idea by you and see if we have enough enthusiasm to
send a bus to PyCon from our region. For instance, a bus could leave
Detroit and scoop up folks in Toledo and Dayton then Cincinnati, and maybe a
few more in Kentucky and Tennessee. Or Cleveland - Columbus - Cincinnati

Anyone on this list with AdWords experience?
I'm like a babe in the woods, and could use advice from someone with
experience with a small ad campaign I'm running. I have the feeling that

an particular scheduled talk. It will be more of an open space/lightening
talk type of meeting. I usually prefer this because it allows the topic to

If anyone is looking, I talked to a local company recently, Global
Tracking Solutions, that is looking for a Python developer, especially with
Django experience (bonus points if you have some embedded experience as
well).
They are developing some new technology for those court-ordered GPS
tracking bracelets for house-arrest.

CodeMash is a nice conference held every January at the Kalahari waterpark
in Sandusky. It's mostly (~65%) .NET folks, but they're the cool .NET kids
- the ones who like open-source, learning dynamic languages, using agile
