Miller and James have volunteeted to improve our public image/
visability this year- James is upgrading our website, and Miller is
developing other media options. Read this email from him:

Ok so I am working on making us pretty technologically advanced. Thus
I have started a twitter account. I know twitter is considered by
many as lame, but also it can be a pretty sweet way for us to connect
w/ other teams and get noticed. The UPA has made an effort to use
twitter to report scores and I believe we should do the same. But
what I need for you is to spread the word. If you have friends who
are on twitter get them to follow us at https://twitter.com/Joint_Chiefs.

Mainly it is going to be the best way for people to follow our results
at a tournament w/o being there.
