Description: This position will work under the lead RF engineer for the E OH/W PA Sprint operation, which focusses mainly on the Network Vision conversion of the Sprint network. Support CDMA and EVDO design, capacity, and optimization activities including site / cluster / antenna reviews, site visits, site acceptance and customer tickets. Successful candidates will have demonstrated record of network management in a team environment, been part of technology network layovers, successfully meeting or optimizing towards meeting customer network SLAs and KPIs, Inter Vendor HHO optimization for CDMA, collecting and post processing drive test information.
