Gary: I am sorry if this is coming piecemeal. Nothing has helped my
lower back more than stretching out the hamstrings (why does that make
sense?) - and I do this by hiking my foot up onto the kitchen
cabinets, and straightening out both knees, keeping the lumbar region
nice and straight, pressing my palms together, and stretching
forward... first the right side, then the left trying to hold and
relax like 15-20 seconds..

that and hydrothermally soaking the muscles in warm or hot water, say,
hot springs or hut tub....

that and trunk stabilization like ab crunches & leg lifts, & asanas
like half cobra, half locust & boat.

Nothing is worse than ruptured or slipped disks, I am here to testify.
Maybe you have tried some of these remedies but every little bit of
input helps sometimes

h a n s e n

p.s. the pots are fabulous, don't worry yourself about that.

from Smith-Sharp at UP Special in Iron Mountain today. I was thinking of go=

t it went up enough to make paying shipping worth it. Besides, I didn't hav=
e to sit driving for 7 hours each way which is tough on the lower back.

week.

I figured a hundred coffee cups would get me into the production flow too.=
It ain't easy to remember all my slick moves for throwing after 20 years s=
o I started out slow with a couple here and there till I got comfortable wi=
th single balls weighing the same...

ng them all the same size. I notice I like a sturdy almost heavy handle, pr=
obably from all those restaurant coffees I usta have when on the bum, you k=
now the ones, thick, white, never break. I leave them thick too because the=
y will shrink down to just right for a couple fingers. A couple will go to =
the grand kids so smaller is better and Steve, Andrea, and Mom can get some=
thing larger. The remaining pieces will be available with or without a Chri=
stmas wreath on Etsy in about 4 months if they turn out OK.
