Hay Crew,

God I love saying break time and it looks like we are gonna be stuck inside for a while...

... so that's it with the loading for a while. Besides, now I gotta start figuring out how to fill the front with only 5 new kiln shelves left.

However, what I learned about humidity and lower outside temperature is kinda interesting. After drying the glazed pots for the Mid-front setting in the rafters ...

... for about a week at about 74º/20% (or less) with the ceiling fan on medium I figured that should dry them pretty good. Then I solved the 4th.layer arrangement that was mostly cups by adding 6 bowls...

... one is hiding off to the right. The area was 29º/20% so I got to moving and added another layer...

... set a can of charcoal ...

.. and let it sit for a while and set two more cans until they were spent and I opened the temporary door to continue loading into a slightly warm chamber...

That gives us a chance to place the back of layer 6 and layer 6½ ...

I set another can of charcoal and closed it up... and ya, now that I notice, I left the temp/humidity tester inside so I could check what it records as a maximum and minimum from when I set it in the chamber. I don't think it will melt but that means I have to go in that crap and retrieve my data. What we are willing to do for science eh?! I'm getting to be a real Sid the Science Kid ain't I. Now all I need is a Grand Ma to drive me around blasting stoner music on the radio. I heard her say she loves to make pottery. Have you ever seen that old woman walk and laugh at the same time, shes got to be high. I really wonder what goes on with that family when Sid is at school. I'll bet Dad is under house arrest or something cause I never see him working. I imagine Mom tossing back a jug of Haven Hill and overflowing the washing machine wishing she wasn't born with round heals. And that teacher he has eh, what a tart, she probably goes ta da disco after
watching those FTA's. Gee, I think I'll see whats on public TV and make up some clay for the Front Front stack of the load so enjoy and stay in there eh!
