3D parallel functionality available now in PyClaw

In case there are any users who could use a scalable, parallel version
of the 3D Clawpack code, it is now available in PyClaw. You should
download the latest version from
http://github.com/clawpack/pyclaw
It is working but has only undergone a small amount of testing. So if
you use it, please let us know how it goes and report any bugs you
find. Note that PyClaw doesn't include AMR.
