Subject: Re: MUG: X!0.5 airport problems
Unfortunately, 10.5 suffers from a slew of airport problems. These
seem to have been mostly fixed (from what I have heard) for 10.5.2
with the recent Airport Update thingy (check Software Update), but I
can't verify myself, as I never had any problems, using Airport on
both a new iMac and an iBook G4 quite regularly.

If the problems persist through the updates, let me know, I've seen a
few cute tweaks that may help.

If you need any other help with Mac, I'd be glad to help out where I
can. Let me know of specific issues and I'll do what I can. I haven't
found many issues I couldn't eventually solve, and chances are good
that if something has broken for you, I've broken it myself at least
twice (as I'm a bit of a "tinkerer").

Hope to hear from you soon.

-Bill Garrison.
