What are they building next to the Best Western on Clairemont Dr and I-5?

Does anyone know what they are planning to build next to the Best Western on Clairemont Dr?  They are tearing down the old buildings at the moment, and I didn't know if anyone knew what was going to replace it?

At this point all they are doing is demolition to clean up the property. It may be some time before we know what is planned and then even longer for it to get built. I suspect it will be mixed-use...that is, some retail and some residential, most likely condos.  As i get info I am posting it on the Clairemont Central blog and on Facebook/ClairemontNews.
