SBC is not supported by test-grid-agent

Hello,
During the latest testing it turned out that test-grid-agent doesn't
fully support SBCL. When test suite hangs and agent tries to kill
the test-suite lisp process, in case of SBCL unexpected error happens,
the process stays unkilled and and test results are not submitted.
Sorry if anyone tried SBCL and it doesn't work.
For the time being test-grid-agent only supports CCL.

What I mean, SBCL can not run the main program - agent.
But running tests on SBCL is of course supported (when the main program
is executed by CCL)
