1. Open replacebycode in http://nightly.ckeditor.com/ or standard page in
http://ckeditor.com/demo.
2. Double-click on image (image properties will open)
3. Insert 22 in width field and press OK
4. Double-click on image again.
Result: Width field is showing 22 but image size in preview is the same as
first loading the page.

I was able to reproduce this in demo and nightly in all browsers. I wasn't
able however to reproduce this on my local machine in default editor (not
sure why).
