When you select a word close to the toolbar combos, the iOS selection
markers and copy/paste balloon remain over the combo panel.

Here's what I found using an iOS 5. on the ckeditor.com/demo site.
This also happens with the following: text color dropdown, text highlight
dropdown, SCAYT dialogs (options, languages, dictionaries, about), insert
a smiley, select special character, about CKEditor, size dropdown, font
dropdown, paragraph format dropdown, styles dropdown, content templates,
paste from Word, paste
The copy paste balloon shows when you scroll over the dialog for the
following:
image properties, flash properties, table properties, iframe properties,
anchor properties, link, hidden field properties, image button,
properties, button properties, selection field properties, textarea
properties, textfield properties, radio button properties, checkbox
properties, form properties, find and replace, paste as plain text

This id still ad issue in Safari 537.51.2 on iOS 7.1 (iPad), CKEditor
4.3.4.
This is not possible to move or hide it without losing the selection.
