Hi, folks,

Just a bit more details on the new release.

1. To reduce the growing size of the software distribution tarball,
sample test data had been removed from the standard distribution. A
consequential side effect is that a few hundred translation-needed
phrases are also eliminated from the ck-admin module.

2. Unlike conventional templates, CK-ERP template should not be changed
dynamically, because data consistency will be affected. For example,
transactions generated via a dual tax template will be wrongly displayed
using a single tax template, because the secondary tax will not be shown
on screen. Hence, CK-ERP template is not user selectable, but rather
hardcoded into connector.inc.php. Before you actually put CK-ERP into
action, please check to ensure the correct template is being used and
the template should remain constant throughout the life of the CK-ERP
install.

3. The new sample chart of accounts is designed for web-based business
(say, a blogger earning online advertising revenue, a e-retailer selling
via a web-shop, ... etc). I have tested the sample chart of accounts
using my own (last 12 months') financial transactions. Everything seems
to work fine. Well, as the wise man says, "Eat your own dogfood." :-;
