I just finished speaking with someone who creates metal sculptures. He
actually takes some old farm equipment and makes them look like six
foot tall flowers.
Would the citizens of Powell welcome sculptures and if so, what
locations?
The entrances to the city, Centennial Park, Homesteader?
What problems do you see with putting up sculptures?
Let me know if you have an opinion.
