Subject: Trivial error in Cirtus

I noticed in citrusperl-standard-51402-20903-osx-i32-014.tar.gz
that CitrusPerl/bin/citrusvars.sh is packaged as non-executable. A chmod
fixed that, but I thought you'd want to know.

Just to let you know, I downloaded the latest version of CitrusPerl, and I
came across the same issue, it still is present.
