Citizens' Action Forum

Welcome to Citizens' Action Forum Google groups. This is a non-political, non-ideological and non-religious group, whose objective is to improve governance through advocacy of complete transparency in, and accountability of governments to people, and people's participation in governance. 

The group aims to achieve its objective through uniting people in a struggle to re-assert their lost sovereignty so that governments become truly, of, by and for the people. 

The Group has no official position or stance on any issue. All points of view are equally welcome. Through constructive dialogue amongst people and with governments issues of concern could be resolved. 

The Group would function as Fifth Estate, since the Fourth Estate too has ceased playing a watchdog role and is owned by business and / or political interests / persons.
