> 2. Dr.A.Ravindra, IAS (Retd) and Former Chief Secretary to GoK
> Member
> 3. Dr.S.Sadagopan, International Institute for Information
> Technology (IIIT), Bangalore Member
> 4. Dr.Samuel Paul, Chairman, Public Affairs Centre, Bangalore Member
> 5. Sri.Sivaramakrishnan, IAS (Retd), Former Secretary to GoI
> Member
> New Delhi.
> 6. Principal Secretary , UDD, GOK Convenor

> In the 2nd meeting of the Expert Committee held on 26.12.06, it
> was resolved to invite the NGOs / Community Based Organizations and
> Experts to elicit their views and suggestions on various aspects
> concerning the proposed Planned Development of Bruhat Bangalore
> Mahanagarapalike which is being created by the merger of 7 CMCs, 1 TMC
> and 111 villages around Bangalore City with the BMP.

> A meeting with the above Committee Members is convened on 20th January
> 2007 at 10.30 AM in the Senate Hall of Capitol Hotel, Raj Bhavan Road,
> Bangalore ? 560 001 followed by lunch.

> You are requested to make it convenient to participate in the above
> consultation meeting and offer your views and suggestions which would
> facilitate the Expert Committee in finalizing their recommendations
> concerning the planned development of Bangalore and evolving an effective
> governance framework for the proposed Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike.
