Citation Gadget looks like a really useful tool given that it is very
comprehensive, especially when it comes to citation counts involving
conference papers which commercial systems seem not to do so well in.
And referencing conference papers rather than journal papers seems
quite common in computer science and related fields (of course, we do
cite journal papers). Picking up randomly any computing research
paper, and looking at the reference list at the end, often (of course,
not always), a majority, if not most, of the references are to
conference papers rather than journal papers.
It would be good if citGadget could also limit the citation counts
depend on the years - e.g., I want my citation count or h-index
computed between the year 2001 and 2006 (inclusive).
