Tentative circuits v2.0.0 Release

Hi All,

After almost an entire year of development we're ready

almost ready to publish a new official version of circuits.

This is slated for v2.0.0 and the PyPi Test Page and Docs

are available (for a short time) here:

Your feedback and comments are highly appreciated.

We plan to release this in a few days time.
