Dear all and any,
Here (in a nutshell) is the "Discussion on how this should best be
arranged"
The point is this:
Should non-profit own it for easing the tax burden or
should we equally own it and have the payment as investment instead
of donation?
The second option can be achieved by organizing ourselves as a comcom-
community.
If the property was already comcomized, then such cases as that
which we had found ourselves in where, "Unfortunately, the property
was lost in the complicated divorce of the manager of the non-profit
organization (i.e. of the Nature School manager)", well, such case
could never actually happened, since as the ownership is comcomized
there will always be many owners and never a sole one.
In addition, when our equal ownership over our land is comcomized, we
could cooperate with other friend communities on a bigger scale of
buying land, but still someone, somewhere, somewhere, somehow must
begin it, hope it is we, hope we could learn and get some good healing
out of it.

Last thing,:
At any rate this discussion shall not stop you from sending money.
Please send it now, It is urgent and most needed. On the contrary and
after sending it:
If you like, please also let know if you wish or not that the money
you sent will be considered instead of your donation as your
investment for being a c-holder in a comcom-community when and if
such comcom is emerged,
collecting such statements we could have good law consultancy and
representation for our interest.
Good Time Good Luck

This is a piece of sacred land that Story is dedicated to preserving. It was the home of the community Mettanokit in the 80s and 90s and later sold to the non-profit Nature School with the understanding that Story would keep living there in the small house he built. Unfortunately, the property was lost in the complicated divorce of the Nature School manager. In order to preserve it Story and Donna bought it back from the ex-husband. So now they pay rent and mortgage on land they have already paid in full once before.
