is there Internet access onsite or nearby? My son will need to do
schoolwork. Also is there a secure place to recharge laptops? Thanks!

good morning pete -
the cottages at cinnamon bay have an electric socket that you could
use to recharge laptop batteries if you are planning to stay in the
cottages.
regarding internet access you may be able to buy wireless time at
caneel bay at the front desk and sit on the terrace for your web
browsing, that would be the closest to cinnamon bay about 1.5 miles
away. then there are several internet cafes in cruze bay that come to
mind. i can recommend deli grotto - mongoose junction, cruz bay, 340/
777-3061. full line of delicious takeouts, fresh baked goodies &
picnic supplies. internet cafe. A/C. Breakfast & Lunch. Good eats and
a local favorite.
