Thanks to the moderators for creating and maintaining this forum.

Plans are to tent camp at a bare site. Time frame for a visit would
be a 10-14 day visit during a period from late October to late
November, Hope to hike as many of the trails mapped by Trail Bandit
Bob and enjoy the beaches.

The first of the Questions:
1. Will there be much of a difference in weather in late Oct vs. mid
Nov.? I'm assuming it's still the tropical storm period and expect
probably wetter weather.
2. Are coolers available for rent? From a previous post it sounds
like ice can be difficult to find. Cooler would serve dual purpose.
As a cooler if ice is easily available and to keep the critters out of
food items. If not available I'll lug down a bear container.
3. Plans are basically to eat breakfast and a prep a few trail
lunches at the campsite. For a change of pace from the restaurant at
Cinnamon what are your recommendations for places to eat on St John?
Preference are for places where the local eat lunch & supper.
Approximate costs? Cash only?
4. Previous poster (widown) noted scooters are available for rental.
Is the parking lot at Cinnamon secure enough spot to leave a scooter
parked overnight and when not in use?
5. Car rentals. Better overall cost to rent on St. Thomas and ferry
across or rent on St John?
6. At the bare sites can I safely leave gear & my uke? Or is a
locker rental necessary? Costs?
