Extra Cyclones Tickets

Thanks to everyone who sold/bought Cyclones tickets for our outing on March
8. Also, I'd like to thank everyone for coming out in the snow to make it a
successful evening. For those of you who weren't there, we put up 3 goals in

in the week since Iv'e sent out this message, we've had a pretty good
response to the Dayton league. The CBA is sending two teams to play
in the upper skill-level division (called "competitive" on the Dayton
Broomball website).

The recently formed Dayton Broomball Association (who has sent the
Dayton BuckIce to play in the CBA Intermediate league this season) has
a Spring league during CBA downtime (between the end of winter league
and beginning of Summer Broomball). I'm planning on traveling up there
to play, so I figured I might as well see if I could round up a team

I wanted to remind everyone of our broomball night on March 8th. I'm picking
up the tickets this weekend, so bring your money Sunday. I'll be at the rink
all day and all day the following Sunday.
As most of you have heard, the Cyclones have lowered their ticket prices to
$10. We are still getting our deal and selling the tickets for $10 each -

One more point I failed to include - Please include sizes when
ordering shoes and other possible equipment (not necessary on balls/
sticks). Shoes are only sold in "men's" sizes, so for you ladies
interested in shoes, if you know somebody that has a pair, you can ask

The week 1 (Jan 13) schedule is below. We have 20 teams (compared to 12 in the fall), which is fantastic, but also means 8 teams have a bye for the first week while I work with the rink on getting more ice time for future Sundays (which won't be a problem).
