Startup Weekend Questionnaire

Hello all,

I'm in the Cincy Startup Weekend and my team is trying to gather as much feedback and validation data as possible.  We have until 6pm Sunday to flush out the concepts....well we need to do some research before we make our presentation.  Specifically we are looking for people or make and sell things and would be interested in a cheap way to launch a retail store.
