Wow, you have exceeded my wildest expectations!  Why didn't I think the GF pizzas would fly out of the Cornerstone Cafe??  I supplied the restaurant with 8 pizza crusts, and in less than four hours, they sold 7.  I have worked all evening to re-supply the store with another 20.  I am not sure if I can keep up with your wonderful demand!!  What a compliment this is!  Thanks, too, for the wonderful response from those of you who have already sampled the pizza.
If I could please make a request... when ordering, could you please limit the number of GF pizzas that you purchase at one time? (to 1 or 2?) I want to offer many people the opportunity to try the pizzas, and I am truly concerned about my ability to keep up.  (unless this inital enthusiasm wanes!!)  If carrying the pizza out, or having it delivered, perhaps the restaurant staff can clearly mark the box GF, so that there is not confusion about which pizza is GF.
Again, remember to call ahead for availability!  The "Pizza Guy" is Tim, and he comes in around 3 or 4pm.
Thanks again, the response from you all makes it all worthwhile!
Ann

Ann,

I also was one who had pizza yesterday!  It was great!   The first time I have had pizza out at a restaurant in 13 years!  I used to come to the support group meetings but have not for the last few years for various reasons.  I keep thinking I will sign up for one of your Jungle Jim cooking classes.   I need to check on those.  Thanks for coming up with this idea and making it happen.  I had the New Yorker pizza, didn't really check out any of the toppings, but seem totally fine.   It was delicious.

Thanks again,
Patti Genton

Patti,
The New Yorker was my choice, too!
I loved it!
Glad it was a good experience.
