This is fabulous news, Ann - thank you so much for all of your efforts! We will DEFINITELY make a trip there!  I wanted to know what size crusts they come - so I know how much to order ahead of time.  Personal pan size?  Large?  Thanks for any information you have!

Hi, Cathy, (and all)
Good question about the size!!  It is a 12" round pizza, about 8 pieces. It is not deep dish, but not thin either, I might call it "traditional style."
They make a nice non-GF pizza for our gluten-eating family members, as well as great sandwiches, salads and soup.  (I stressed the importance of avoiding gluten- contamination with the manager) I hoarded the whole pizza to myself, and brought the leftovers home for the next day.

I have eaten there twice since reading this!!!!!  The pizza is wonderful!  It's been a very long 18 months from diagnoses to now...and I have NEVER had something bring me to tears like the simple pleasure of eating pizza!  He said he is thinking about possibily making other GF meals available.  I told him that is wonderufl idea!!!!  It's a must do for everyone that's GF!  Even my husband who says most of my food is like cardboard---- enjoyed it!
