Best wishes,
Richard
Ps I question the tastefulness.....
Perhaps it is David Bellamy who's out in the cold - or should I say
'not-so-cold'?

| I find it hard to believe that Bellamy could be so uninciteful! He's usually one of the first to stick his neck out and start bellowing when it comes to environmental issues. --- On Thu, 17/12/09, Jamie Hooper <jamie....@cwgsy.net> wrote: |

| Thanks Richard! I've always liked that particular pop xmas song – it never made it over the North America, alas. I don't know if this is because it isn't played as frequently as that one by Slade (which puts me in the rather un-Christmassy mood of wanting to punch someone everytime I hear it – preferably the berk who put it onto endless replay in the supermarket) or if the song and tune just happen to appeal to my tastes more. To this day, I have no idea who wrote the song or even what it's called! Yet, along with the also vastly under-played Emerson Lake and Palmer Xmas song, it's one of my favorites. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's tasteless though; of questionable taste perhaps. Personally, I see it being cartoonish rather than tasteless, an environmentally hip version of Bugs Bunny perhaps. --- On Thu, 17/12/09, Richard Lord <fish...@guernsey.net> wrote: |
