My sister is having breast surgery for cancer Thursday and asked me if
it's ok to dye her hair before the surgery. I had heard something
about this not being a good idea but is that before or after surgery?

Please tell your sister that hair color causes cancer.

You can use clay to color the hair usually leaves a blonde color.
Henna from Indian stores is also ok to color.
