Hi all,

Could I make a really polite request to save my poor brain.

If you want to post something about an entirely different topic,
please would you start a new thread instead of simply changing an
existing threads title - the 'fruit flies/malolactic/how do I clear
cider' thread is probably the best (and most confusing) example I have
see so far.

Dries/Heather, don't take this as a go at you - its becoming quite a
popular thing to do. I think it doesn't affect things so much if you
just go through the posts as emails, but its very confusing when
looking at it online. Also, it will have the effect of making a
particular dicsussion untraceable in the future, as its title will
have been hidden by numerous others.

I understand that by sending an email to the group, it will start a
new thread. If you just hit 'reply' and change the title, Google will
assume a subject change. I normally go online when starting a new
topic but will test this now to make sure it works.

So, as much as I completely agree with Stephen Hayes on the 'making
the topic clear', I would ask this too...

All the best

Jez

Okay, clearly you already saw the last two posts - apologies for
filling inboxes!

Thanks all
