Hi all,

Here's what we measured on Saturday:

York @ 64 (measuring York)

start at south curb
outside lane w. parking
line: 20'
travel lane
line: 31'
left turn lane
center line (double yellow stripes): 41'
travel lane
line: 52'
outside lane w. parking
north curb: 72'

York @ Fig (measuring York)

north curb
outside lane -- no parking near the light but lane w. room for right turns
line: 19'
travel lane
line: 29'
left turn lane
center line: 39'
travel lane
line: 50'
outside lane -- no parking near the light and no fig-york
right-turning traffic due to dedicated "on-ramp" for that purpose
south curb: 73'

York @ Fig (measuring Fig)

east curb
outside lane
line: 13'
travel lane
center line: 22'
left turn lane
line: 31'
travel lane
line: 42'
outside lane
west curb: 62'

York @ Branch

York is still 73' wide
It's also a little wider at the bend after Branch
but at the police museum, just after the bend, it's back to 73'

Ave 60 @ Fig (measuring Fig)

northwest curb (near the strip mall):
outside lane (likely had parking)
line: 18'3"
travel lane
line: 28'4"
left turn lane
center line: 38'6"
left turn lane
line: 48'4"
travel lane
line: 58'5"
outside lane
southeast curb: 73'

Going up Fig towards York, we found that it was consistently 73' wide.

and then it rained ...
