how to submit changes for inclusion into chuckslist

Now that ChucksList is on github, we have opened up the ChucksList
code repository so anyone can fork it and submit your changes for
possible inclusion into the ChucksList codebase.

Before submitting, please be sure to update your repository so that it
matches the latest ChucksList codebase.

When you are ready to submit your changes, please do a "pull request"
as described here:
http://github.com/guides/pull-requests
