I created an extension on one of the work process of our company. How do I make it to install only the computers withing the company without having to publish on google?

There is a another way, using "External" Extensions, which was designed for this scenario (among other things). I'm in the process of finalizing the doc that describes how to do this, I'll try to publish it tomorrow and update this thread.

Wow, that API is really cool. I like the use of the public key to authenticate the CRX. Requiring the version numbers to match is an interesting design decision. I guess that makes staged deployment easier.
