Folks, I'm on Debian Linux (Sid) and lately I've noticed that both the builds of Chromium (from Ubuntu Repository) and Developers Google-Chrome are quite slow when it comes to loading my extensions AND bookmarks in the Bookmark Toolbar. Can someone add the "SmoothWheel" Firefox add-on to Google Chrome
I'm trying Google Chrome for the first time today and am really impressed with everything except the jerky page scroll. I've gotten used to Mozilla's SmoothWheel scrolling and I think Google Chrome could really benefit from a similar feature. Here's the link: [link] . Here's a youTube... more »

versioning "transparency"

The Chrome browser is the only software that I've ever used that updates itself automatically and yet makes it almost impossible to know what version I'm using relative to what's current and what's in beta. Before I get a hundred emails telling me I'm an idiot (which I'll freely admit to), and I should just use "about:version" in the... more »

Advice on bug 9589
Hi, I thought that I'd have a stab at [link] given that I want to learn the display code stack in more (perhaps excessive) detail. Any advice? Warnings? Opinions? Rob.

Basic question
A few weeks ago I watched some of the Chromium videos on Youtube but I have a basic question that I'm not sure was addressed. That is, what opportunities are there for developers to run native apps on Chromium OS that access the screen? It looked to me like the browser was running full-screen.
