If I load this page: http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/Investing/JubaksJournal/anarchy-... in Chrome (or Safari), it causes flickering about once every 2 seconds in parts of many other programs, Outlook for instance. No issue is FF or IE. Other users here report similar flickering caused by some other programs, but for now this is the only one I can document. Any suggestion of a better newsgroup to post to would also be appreciated.
