If I load this page: http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com/Investing/JubaksJournal/anarchy-...
in Chrome (or Safari), it causes flickering about once every 2 seconds
in parts of many other programs, Outlook for instance. No issue is FF
or IE. Other users here report similar flickering caused by some other
programs, but for now this is the only one I can document. Any
suggestion of a better newsgroup to post to would also be appreciated.

Note that Chrome isn't flickering. Bits of other programs are
flickering (excuse if re-post, earlier seemed to fail)

Please note that Chrome doesn't flicker, only parts of other windows
flicker, including Outlook, Task Manager, Visual Studio, Notepad++
etc.

I tried with some applications open, like Microsoft Word. Nothing flickered.
