Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
I have lost about 2kg (4.4 pounds) for the past two months. It was
your prayers. I want to thank you for them. Now, I am doing 30
pushups and 20 sit ups a day. I am increasing my pushup and
sit up strength by 5 per week. I am planning to exercise 1 to 2
hours on Saturday and Sunday every week. However, I am still
exercising a lot less compared to my physical activities in the
past. I believe that I lost some weight by eating a healthy
breakfast every day. I am eating 340g of tofu 4 times per week.
I ate a lot less snacks at night when I ate a healthy breakfast.
In the past, I lost 2kg every year while I live in South Korea. Now,
I increased my weight loss rate by a factor of 6 by eating tofu for
breakfast. I avoided alcohol, which is 100% fat. I also avoided
American fast food restaurants, which has a lot of fat. I basically
eat Korean food.
Also, please pray for the racist brother in Christ, who is a
charismatic. We were arguing whether drinking alcohol for a
buzz is a sin. Of course, my position is that drinking alcohol
for a buzz is a sin. He indirectly made a racist remark that I am
as fat as Kim Jung Il. I saw his picture on the internet. In my
opinion, he could lose some weight himself. Please pray that
he starts donating more Bibles to the people in North Korea
or that he can simply apologize for his racist and hateful
remark.
