please pray for my parents to believe in God

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

 

 

My parents have a low opinion on the Christian church.

They believe that I am the only Christian in the world.

They believe when I die. Jesus and I are going to be alone

together when everyone else will burn in hell. Please let me

explain why my parents think irrationally like this.

 

 

They believe that there should be many women in church,

who should be interested in me as a potential husband. I

have to admit. I am not exactly a Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt.

My family is extremely impressed of my faith in God.

However, they could not understand why none of the women

are impressed by my faith in God. They felt that women

in church wanted BOTH sex and money. I do have a lot of

money. Or my family has a lot of money. I came from an

extremely elite family. I am also extremely educated.

However, my appearance is not my strength. My father and

mother think that most of the women do not care about my

faith in God.

 

 

What my parents do not understand is that God has a plan

for me to marry only ONE wife. He does not have a plan for

me to marry MANY wives. However, how can I possibly explain

to my parents that God has a plan to marry only one wife when

they see people like Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise. How can I explain

that to them? There are many teenage girls, who really like

Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt half their age.

1. Please pray for my mother, father, and younger brother
Richard that they will worship our Jesus as their Savior and
Lord.

2. Please also pray that they will also realize both money
invested and time invested building relationships with
people for God's glory is eternal.

3. Please pray that my father will not have any serious heart
problems after he had his heart attack on September 1, 2001.

4. Please pray for my success at Samsung by publishing
more papers and patents. Please pray for my health by losing
more weight and by exercising 4 times per week.

5. Please pray that I will tame my foolish tongue in terms of
arguing with my father, mother, and younger brother related to
the Bible, church, God, finances, and other issues of pride.
