Hi Jason,

I got caught out by this as well. There is actually a fault in that 
article, if you remove the '-' from the 'all' switch then it should work.

e.g.

cinst all -source http://www.myget.org/F <http://www.myget.org/F/issinoho>
/<youraccount>
