The reply to this email will soon be updated by somebody who attended.
For now, let me elaborate the verbal elaboration as I got to know
during my conversations with Vyjayanthi Mam, Manisha Chawda and
Shashank Jha.

It was attended by(pls correct me, if I'm wrong)
1. Shashank Jha (Treasurer)
2. Manisha Chawda (Activity Coordinator)
3. Vikash
4. Kumar Shashank

Everybody assembled at school by 10.15 am. Hema Mam requested all to
be at her office itself, which (hence) turned out to be the meeting
venue.
Vyjayanthi Mam and Ashok Sir joined the students' team. It was all
done in a very informal ambiance.

The major exchanges were:

1. A draft of Rs 40,000 was handed over to the school towards the
Admission fee of both the students which also includes the tuition fee
of the initially.

2. Hema Mam expressed her happiness about seeing the alumni together
structured and organised.

3. Uncle suggested that, we should formalise this whole process since
the school has to face "Charity Inspectors"
to which Shashank Jha expressed his commitment towards getting the
organisation registered and gave a time-scale of 2 months for the same
to happen.

4. Hema Mam shared her enthusiasm about the opportunity of
collaboration that the school has been offered with a school in U.K
and requested help from any of us who is placed in U.K

5. The idea of having a 'Book Bank' was discussed for the CSB Schalars
in particular and the students in general, to fulfill the needs of
their books.

6. The CSB Scholars were called into the meeting place to meet the
students' team. Members of the team handed over their phone numbers,
asking them to contact in case they want any kind of help.

7. The team took a Nostalgia filled trip of the school. Met teachers
and found a warm welcome with everybody appreciating their idea of
deciding to sponsor 2 children.

8. A couple of teachers who have passed out from Chinmaya itself
expressed their intent to group up with the CSB team, in order to add
coherence to the whole effort.

9. A possible all-batch alumni-meet was proposed his year in the
school towards which the school was positive.

The meet went ON for a little longer than expected.

I want to remind you all, that there's a poll on the website, about
what is the best time for a Get-together in school. You will be able
to see this poll only after logging in with your username. Please vote
on that, and lets see if we can have a get-together sometime.

cheers
