I assume that when they say "Taiwanese-English" they mean Traditional
Chinese - English? Mistakes like this don't inspire confidence in a
language product...

I believe that the developer of TranslateIt! is based in Russia.
References to TC (Traditional Chinese) as Chinese (Taiwan) are fairly
common. In fact, "Traditional Chinese" and "繁體字“ may be used
interchangeably, but are not direct transliterations.
