Does anyone know of a good bilingual (Chinese and English at the same
time) Bible program/app. for iPhone 4S?

YouVersion's Bible app allows you to download the traditional and
simplified Chinese Union Version. http://www.youversion.com/mobile

Another option is to create/find texts of the Chinese Bible and open
them in Pleco's reader which allows you to tap on words for
definitions. http://www.pleco.com/

If you're looking for side by side reading Accordance allows this, but
currently they have no official Chinese text releases. It's possible
to roll your own Accordance module and use it, but I haven't had much
success trying this with Chinese texts. We could ask Accordance to
consider making and selling the Chinese texts. They're responsive to
