Hi,
I find your list very useful. My son was just diagnosed with Celiac. I have found a lot of gluten free products at the small alternative store called Aqua Vita on Glenn and I believe Country Club. They carry a lot of Bob’s Red Mill products and other brands as well. It might be good to add them to your list!
