I find your list very useful. My son was just diagnosed with Celiac. I
have found a lot of gluten free products at the small alternative store
called Aqua Vita on Glenn and I believe Country Club. They carry a lot of
Bob¹s Red Mill products and other brands as well. It might be good to add

While growing up all food everywhere
made w/ bleached white flour, processed white
flour and white flour. bread, pastry,
pancake, cookie and pizza dough,
and of course like today, *denatured *spahgetti and noodles.
It gave me celiac disease, and fat absorption was obviously

Kroger Cottage Cheese Gluten Alert

This was forwarded to me by the Phoenix children's group head. It's a
lot to look through, but it seems that Kroger (aka Fry's) brand
cottage cheese is currently experiencing a cross contamination issue
from barley. Currently, Kroger is telling customers who call to
inquire about gluten in a product to not eat its cottage cheese.

Thanks for the compliments. I certainly try my hardest to keep this
list as up-to-date as possible and it is encouraging when I have

Hi,

I chanced across your list of gluten-free items while doing some research and wanted to thank you for all the time and energy you have put into compiling such a complete list!

I was diagnosed as a celiac in 1992 and have been following a strict diet with good results ever since. It's been a while since I have done any research on products...you settle into what works and stick to it =)
