I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a good source for data on
the android market.  It doesn't need to be exact, but a rough
estimate of number of users of each application, per region, android
OS version, .. or any data along those lines would be great.

I found this http://code.google.com/p/android-market-api/ using
google. But I haven't tried it. Project looks active.
