Hi

The above version halts the make at wdlen:
=====
wdlen.cpp:108: warning: deprecated conversion from string constant to ‘char*’
wdlen.cpp:124: warning: deprecated conversion from string constant to ‘char*’
wdlen.cpp: In function ‘wdlen_cnt* countTiers(wdlen_cnt*, char*, char*, char*,
char*, int*, int*)’:
wdlen.cpp:688: warning: deprecated conversion from string constant to ‘char*’
wdlen.cpp: In function ‘void call()’:
wdlen.cpp:748: warning: deprecated conversion from string constant to ‘char*’
=====

The other 69 utilities up to that seem to have built OK.

Is there a fix available?

Thanks.

Kevin,

Why does make halts? I only see Warning messages in your example below. Unlike Errors make shouldn't stop because of Warnings. Unix CLAN compiles without any problems on my Mac Unix. By the way "WDLEN" is the last command to compile in "makefile" list. There aren't anymore commands to compile after WDLEN. Are you sure you are reading make results right? I have changed the order in which make compiles CLAN commands on Unix.

Leonid.

My mistake, I think - sorry. I've compiled again, and it ends the same way,
so it must be OK. Maybe the change of order threw me. :-) Thanks.
